The reports section contains all the reporting facilities of the system. In the
'Ticket Summary' section, you can view the summary of tickets in each of the
departments and/or companies in a date range. The 'Staff Summary' contains
all the summary details like 'Replies', 'Comments', 'Personal Notes' etc by each
staff in a date range. The 'User Summary' contains the summary of tickets,
replies, feedback's etc by each user. 'Staff Report' consists of tickets
assigned, replies, average reply time, average user ratings etc.
