The support inquiries can be classified under many departments. Each
company can have any number of departments. You can create multi-level
departments, and assign staff(s) to handle the tickets in each department.You
can see the list of departments with bracketed department code prefixed and
bracketed company name suffixed. Select staff from the drop down list at the
top. You can view the department(s) allotted to each staff in the 'Allotted
Departments'. You can select the departments you want to move and move
them with the arrow buttons displayed in the page. You can use shift or ctrl
keys to select multiple items.
